根据各国情况的不同,各自制定的分界值会有所浮动。上表我采用的是东南亚各国的平均值。
Depending on the circumstances of each country, the cut-off values for overweight and obesity will fluctuate. In the above table, I used the average value of the countries in Southeast Asia.
★ 由于BMI没有将体脂肪率计算在内,所以一个BMI超重的人,实际上可能并非肥胖。例如健身者,由于体重有高比例的肌肉,Ta的BMI可能会超过30。如果Ta们身体的脂肪比例很低,那就不需要减重哈。
★ Since BMI does not take body fat percentage into account, a person with an overweight BMI may not actually be obese. For example, a bodybuilder may have a BMI over 30 due to a high proportion of his body weight with muscle. If they have a low body fat percentage, they don't need to lose weight.
